Maple has been a resident of Midtown West for over a decade. Coming from a real estate investment family, for the past 6 years as a buyer, she has gone through multiple and complicated transactions with various brokers and firms in the city. During the buying process, she was heavily involved in the property and neighborhood search with price evaluation and comparison, and had faced strong challenges that gave her strong negotiating skills. This experience has given her superior market knowledge and insights which her clients can benefit from. Most importantly she is a great listener and executor, she stays focused on clients’ needs and will work with you to achieve your goals.
After graduating from Parsons School of Design, she started out her professional career as a pattern and surface designer, and had worked as a senior designer at one of the most prestigious design companies that catered to world famous retailers.
Within the neighborhood community, she is an active member of Hope For New York in Midtown that teaches unemployed women sewing skills in order to make a living also she’s a regular volunteer of Relief Bus of Midtown West that serves meals and clothing to the less fortunate near Port Authority. While not working, she enjoys spending time cooking delicious meals and trying out all kinds of recipes in the kitchen.
